This Quality Control Assistant is responsible for a variety of analytical skills including quality control/assurance initiatives, managing large databases of information, data tracking and ensuring timely submittals are delivered to customers.


· Management of Databases and Submittal Spreadsheets

· Effectively track and manage project details

· Support GIS requirements for large, on-going projects

· Responsible for assigned project deadlines

· Review data for discrepancies

· Maintain accurate data record keeping

· Review all contracts and supply critical information to appropriate resources

· Act as customer and field liaison for branch

· Manage complex projects from the beginning through completion stage.

· Develop and maintain GIS dataset

· Create Thematic maps and digitize information for analysis

· Data management and identifying areas that cause potential conflict.

· Ability to navigate in various computer and IT systems

· Formulating quality control standards.

· Develop and improve reports and processes for delivering of data.

· Coordinate with IT experts, project engineers in planning, data collection, data variables and storage

· Follow established Company policies, procedures and practices


· Strong attention to detail and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion

· Excellent command of the language with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of employees, management, outside vendors and customers.

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, procedures manuals, safety rules, and operating and maintenance instructions.

· Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to create and edit documents and spreadsheets.

· Ability to analyze situations, gather appropriate facts and determine appropriate action

· Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships with co-workers, vendors, and the general public and other personnel.
