As a Call Center Agent you are expected to provide prompt and professional support to clients via phone, email and online inquiry. Call Center Agent Details

  • Type: Direct Hire/Permanent Placement
  • Location: Mesa, AZ
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7am - 4pm OR 8am - 5pm and 3 Saturday's a month

Call Center Agent Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service within a high-volume call center environment
  • Banking experience is preferred, but not required
  • Advanced written and verbal communication
  • Professional and customer-centric demeanor
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet and use problem solving skills
  • Must be comfortable with basic computer functions and working from different databases
  • Must be detail oriented with a high level of accuracy

Call Center Agent Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming inquiries from clients - phone, email, web inquiry
  • Provide product education, quotes and cross-sell union products
  • Determine member eligibility, review member documentation and resolve any need information
  • Maintain and audit records and data using company database
  • Draft member correspondence
  • Investigate and address clients' questions or concerns
