Eastridge Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operations, handle daily projects, and assist the Operations Director with various administrative tasks.

Operations Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the liaison between the Operations department and other departments within the organization.
  • Develop and track project plans from start to completion of project.
  • Answer phones and direct phone calls to appropriate department if needed.
  • Identify and propose opportunities of improvement within the department.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Must have at least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
