Leading construction company is seeking an experienced construction Project Superintendent to oversee and manage projects ranging from interior build outs to ground-up commercial office, retail, medical/dental, and industrial.

The Project Superintendent will be responsible for the following:

  • Scheduling, coordinating, and managing daily construction activities
  • Coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, creating 3 week look aheads, and managing budgets
  • Ensure the projects are built to requirements and specifications
  • Inspect project site daily to maintain safety and quality control
  • Consult with Project Manager, Architect, Engineers, and other team members as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Maintain daily log of activities on jobsite
  • Other project duties as needed


  • Must have experience managing commercial, retail, and/or industrial construction projects
  • Must be familiar with MS Project
