Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager for our award-winning client in Las Vegas, NV. They are leaders in the beverage industry and looking for a direct-hire Facilities Maintenance Manager to join their growing team. Facilities Maintenance Manager Duties:

  • As the Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will maintain and repair production and facility equipment
  • Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic prints
  • Appropriately delegate tasks to the maintenance team to complete projects in a timely manner
  • Run air, water, and drain lines as necessary
  • Ensure that team completes work orders in a timely manner and performs appropriate preventative maintenance as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with Maintenance Director on facility issues and make plans to reduce cost and labor

Facilities Maintenance Manager Qualifications:

  • 2 or 4 year technical degree in electronics, mechanical, or HVAC required
  • 3 years minimum work experience in an industrial setting as a Maintenance Supervisor
  • Utilize and understand test equipment
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to operate forklift and pallet jacks, scissors and boom lifts
