Job Responsibilities

The Human Resources Coordinator I reviews, processes, and responds to Team Member inquiries and/or requests received through HR Express and 800 number while ensuring all HR practices and policies are followed. Collaborates with the HR team to ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation. Completes onboarding process for all new hires.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Classify, assign and answer HR Express Cases – Triage department incoming cases. Provides customer service and HR support for internal and external clients including triage of department incoming calls and outbound follow up calls.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires
    • Reviews and completes onboarding process for all New Hires
    • Upload New Hire Documents into HR electronic filing system
    • Audit data in HRIS system after upload from Applicant Tracking System
  • Process terminations
    • Sending all required information to Terminated Team Member, as applicable
    • Processing severance, including handling all outplacement services
    • Completing unemployment claims
  • Create badges for New Hires, Status, Name, and Title changes, along with replacing badges that are not working, lost or stolen. Maintains badge information in Velocity and SharePoint. Completes FedEx label to ship badges to team member. Includes Parking Activation Management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year Human Resources experience required.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred (Workday & Cornerstone strongly preferred).
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
