Eastridge Workforce Solutions is currently seeking candidates to make outbound calls and survey and educate contracted practitioners to ensure compliance is met efficiently and effectively and to deliver high quality customer service.

Our client, a business consulting company, is seeking a self-motivated individual, with strong communication skills to call various dealerships to inquire about market area vehicle pricing. Candidate must be persuasive, quick thinking and willing to mystery shop dealerships via phone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inquires 20 valid vehicle prices daily.
  • Accurately inputs data onto spreadsheets and keeps meticulous back up notes.
  • Well organized and stays current on new and used vehicle markets.
  • The candidate will provide call-center backup as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Team player, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
