Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Cantonese) for a non-profit organization based in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego. This exceptional organization is a resource that connects people with community, health, and disaster services specifically for San Diego residents.

The Customer Service Representative (Cantonese) will work on the client-focused team, assisting with preliminary screenings and assessments, application processes, follow up with clients, and utilizing problem solving skills when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer a high-volume of phone calls on a daily basis.
  • Identify and refer clients to appropriate community resources.
  • Document all interactions with clients into internal database system.
  • Manage follow up conversations with clients.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Bilingual in English and Cantonese.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professionalism.


  • Associates degree, plus work or internship experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
