A small but mighty real estate investment/property management firm is looking for a Property Manager to manage their California portfolio which consists of 10 industrial properties. This well established firm specializes in purchasing retail, industrial, office, and multi-family properties, renovating them, and then leasing them out. All the properties are within an hour driving distance from their office here in Newport Beach. You'd be joining an extremely hard working and collaborative team that is led by an easily accessible and caring Managing Partner.

The Property Manager will be responsible for:

• The property oversight of a primarily industrial portfolio

• Managing all day-to-day operations of properties in the portfolio, third-party vendors, and outside contractors, to ensure properties are properly maintained in accordance with company standards and maintenance agreements

• Building and maintaining exemplary internal and external relationships with all tenants, clients, team, and vendors utilizing effective customer service and communication skills

• Monitoring all financial and business dealings of assigned portfolio, including CAM reconciliations, AR & AP tracking, leasing and insurance coverages, etc.

• Reviewing and analyzing standard monthly reporting package including operating statements, tenant ledgers, balance sheets, rent rolls, and aged delinquency reports

• Performing reoccurring property inspections and following up on action items

• Drafting property and construction contracts

• Assisting with special projects as required


  • 5 years of Industrial property management experience
  • Tenant and vendor relations
  • Someone who is not afraid to do any/all day-to-day tasks
  • AP/AR, TI projects, leasing (mostly triple net), insurance experience
  • 4 year degree required
