Senior HRIS Analyst

The HR Division of Eastridge Workforce Solutions has partnered with a multi-site organization that is looking to bring on a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead an implementation project and other HRIS processes. The Sr. HRIS Analyst provides Human Resources system administration, including business process configuration, reporting development and data management. This position works closely with internal HR, IT staff, and business leaders to effectively meet the HR technology needs of the organization.

Job Description:

  • Partner with stakeholders (internal/external to HR) to understand business requirements and
    ensures results meet the business needs
  • Create integrations and support the testing and implementation out of and into the HR Systems
    from vendor or internal provided Specification Documents
  • Provide HRIS support in the administration, automation and analytics of compensation, benefits
    and overall HR programs
  • Assists HR team with systems and basic technical issues as needed with Workday

Education:Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent related field preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • 4+ years’ previous experience in HRIS required.
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Experience with Workday preferred (not required)
