Eastridge Workforce Solutions is currently seeking full time Call Center Representatives in the San Diego, CA area to work for a large finance company in the UTC area. Immediate hire with great opportunity for growth.


  • Answer inbound calls promptly
  • Assist customers with sales and/or service questions
  • Delivers exceptional customer service
  • Engages with customers during calls in order to meet metrics
  • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system and dial manually
  • Meet quality assurance of calls in order to be eligible for $75 monthly bonus


  • Customer Service experience in a current or previous position (restaurant, retail, office, etc.)
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish - preferred
  • Professional, upbeat, and positive personality
  • Effective communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Spelling/Grammar
  • Strong capability in business software programs including MS Office, Outlook and online applications
