Eastridge Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Seasonal Call Center Agents in the San Diego, CA area. Individuals will be responsible for taking high volume, inbound calls. To be considered, candidates with a background in restaurant, retail or customer service experience and looking to gain experience in an office environment and/or seeking a positive, thriving environment to gain new skill sets are ideal.


  • Answer inbound calls promptly
  • Assist customers with sales and/or service questions
  • Responsible for placing orders
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system


  • Customer Service experience in a current or previous position (restaurant, retail, office, etc.)
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish - preferred
  • Professional, upbeat, and positive personality
  • Have reliable transportation and consistent history of punctuality and reliability
  • Effective communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Spelling/Grammar
  • Strong capability in business software programs including MS Office, Outlook and online applications
  • Flexibility - Schedules may vary 25-40 hours/week
