*Customer Service Specialist Details*

  • Location: Orange County, CA
  • Type: Temporary or temp to hire
  • Schedule: Full-time / M-F 40 hrs week
  • Pay: $18 - 21/hr
  • Start: ASAP!

*Customer Service Specialist Requirements*

  • 2+ years of customer service experience within an office or call center setting
  • Experience utilizing CRM and ERP softwares
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience order processing
  • Advanced written and verbal communication
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Good math aptitude
  • Ability to work well within a team or autonomously

*Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities*

  • Answer incoming calls from established and new clients in regards to general inquiries, order placement, quoting, accepting payment, providing order status
  • Diligently update and maintain CRM and ERP databases
  • Work internally with Accounting and Shipping to investigate any discrepancies
  • Handle customer complaints in a proper manner
  • Setup customer accounts
  • Follow-up with customer regarding recent shipments to ensure materials were received
  • Always provide professionalism and respect to both internal and external customers
