Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a talented Technical & Warranty Support Representative to join our industry leader client! They are the industry leader in the pool automation and web-enabling pool products.
Summary of the Technical & Warranty Support Representative:

The Technical & Warranty Support Representative will provide troubleshooting and installation assistance, warranty support, and general customer service via phone, email and chat software in accordance with the company’s warranty and service guidelines. The Technical & Warranty Support Representative will work closely with the engineering department.
The Technical & Warranty Support Representative is required to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service.
Requirements of the Technical & Warranty Support Representative:
• Minimum of 2 year of related experience.
• 6 months “hands on” troubleshooting.
• a technical aptitude with an electrical or mechanical background.
