Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist for our client, a leader in the diabetes care and management industry, to join their growing IT support team in Mesa, AZ. If you have at least 1 year of relevant IT call center work experience and strong communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be taking up to 60 calls/day, answering the help desk support line, and providing first call resolution to distribute and escalate tickets promptly.

You will monitor installations for encryption, antivirus and backup software.

Assist in creating/deleting network logons, remove/add users, and reset passwords.

Provide application support in Office 365, Oracle, Agile and Salesforce.

Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

Our client is seeking someone with at least 1+ year of relevant IT call center work experience, a high school diploma/GED and technical knowledge of desktop hardware and software. You must also have working knowledge of ITSM related ticketing tools (Service Now preferred).

It would be a huge plus if you had a trade school certification within an IT discipline and A+, MCP and/or Network+ certification.
