Responsibilities of the Customer Service​ Specialist:

Assist in reviewing and processing all enrollment transactions in accordance with Eligibility Guidelines and Policies

Research and correct cash applications, contact clients to explain payment discrepancies, authorize refunds for terminations

Consistently meet processing cycle time standards

Requirements of the Customer Service​ Specialist:

1-3 years in Eligibility, Billing, Accounting or Customer Service role with knowledge of general accounting procedures

Knowledge of health care eligibility procedures (HIPPA, COBRA, ERISA)

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong in MS Office

Spanish written/verbal abilities is a plus
