*Administrative Assistant Details*

  • Location: Irvine, CA
  • Type: Direct Hire - Permanent
  • Schedule - Monday - Friday / 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Pay: $30 - $35/hr

*Administrative Assistant Requirements*

  • 5+ years of Administrative Experience within demanding, fast-paced environments
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting or invoicing experience
  • Proficient in Micrososft Office - Emphasis in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup)
  • SAP and Salesforce experience recommended
  • Advanced written and verbal communication
  • Must have a strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be well organized and have a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborative within a team and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills - professional and kind demeanor

*Administrative Assistant Responsibilities*

  • Conduct general office administration and support the needs of a 8 person department
  • Great guests and answer incoming calls
  • Ensure office is equipped with necessary supplies and maintain a neat appearance of the office
  • Assist with reviewing, documenting and processing invoices
  • Update and maintain internal database
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by management
