Customer Care Agent

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is currently seeking customer care representative in the San Diego, CA area. Individuals will be responsible for taking high volume, inbound calls. To be considered, candidates with a background customer service, administrative or order entry experience and looking to gain experience in an office environment and/or seeking a positive, thriving environment to gain new skill sets are ideal.


  • Answer inbound calls promptly
  • Direct calls to other departments as needed
  • Responsible for updating information into CRM
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system


  • Data entry/order entry experience
  • Customer Service experience in a current or previous position (call center, high volume office)
  • Professional, upbeat, and positive personality
  • Have reliable transportation and consistent history of punctuality and reliability
  • Effective communication and comprehension skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent Spelling/Grammar
  • Strong capability in business software programs including MS Office, Outlook and online applications
  • Available 40 hours/week
