Eastridge Legal is recruiting for an established San Francisco law firm with a securities litigation paralegal opening. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent litigation support to a team of approximately ten attorneys situated in the San Francisco location

Excellent computer skills are required as well as thorough knowledge of Office, Westlaw, Lexis, PACER and other litigation systems. The ability to absorb new things quickly is also essential to success at this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting attorneys with drafting briefs, memoranda, motions and other correspondence
  • E-filing documents in both state and federal courts
  • Performing independent legal and factual research
  • Cite-checking of briefs
  • Preparing exhibit and trial binders
  • Interacting with courts in various jurisdictions

Education and employment requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR paralegal certificate
  • A minimum of two years of securities litigation experience
