An award-winning, leading commercial design firm is seeking a highly qualified Project Administrator.

The Project Administrator will assist the Project Manager in coordinating the administrative elements of a design project, to ensure that project documentation is thorough and accurate.

Basic Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage design project documents and issue invitations to bid the projects
  • Coordinate owner contract and change orders
  • Coordinate subcontracts and change orders
  • Review/process submittals, RFI’s and change estimates
  • Prepare/distribute meeting minutes
  • Review insurance certificates for compliance
  • Prepare/distribute applications for payment
  • Review/process subcontractor billings and change order requests
  • Prepare closeout documentation


  • BA/BS degree in related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and improve efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a sense of urgency and accuracy
