Eastridge Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (French Canadian) for a growing business consulting company based in Sorrento Valley.

In this role, you will be responsible for taking inbound/outbound phone calls and heavy data entry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming promotion calls in a friendly and professional manner, while providing complete and accurate information.
  • Conduct outbound calls to members in order to inform and/or obtain required information regarding promotions.
  • Handle member and dealer issues.
  • Conduct post-purchase promotional surveys with members.
  • Maintain detailed records in internal database.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Team player, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
