We are the key ingredient in the manufacturing, packaging and distribution of many well-known health and beauty care products across the US.


  • Direct and manage all of the aspects of the Lynwood manufacturing operation
  • Use acquired industry and cGMP knowledge to increase the overall compliance level of the operation by identifying, delegating and directing product and process improvements
  • Provide leadership and direction through effective communication, coaching, training and personnel development
  • Communicate operational status with the Sr. VP of Operations assuring alignment with organization strategy as it develops
  • Direct department managers in the preparation and implementation of plant operating plans and strategies consistent with business requirements
  • Identifies, communicates and drives implementation of capital investments and improvement projects in a collaboration with Finance, QA and other organizational support groups
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations issued by the FDA, CHPA, Food & Safety, TTG, OSHA and any other applicable regulatory organizations.Qualifications:
  • B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science or other related Field.
  • Previous management experience leading large scale, GMP based organization is required.
  • At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience with increasing responsibilities within the organization. Vast understanding of cGMP’s and ability to identify projects to enhance compliance across the organization is required.
  • Ability to lead, communicate, develop and direct colleagues successfully is required.
  • Ability to successfully manage individual and team projects through communication of clear identifiable goals and colleague accountability is required
