Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a leading medical device organization based in San Diego CA. Job duties:

  • Answers incoming calls and responds to emails
  • May be required to explain product and/or insurance related questions
  • Discuss reorders as well as review orders/insurances
  • Clearly documents all correspondence in the company database
  • Troubleshoots and seeks solutions to problems related to questions and concerns over health insurance coverage and other general questions
  • Order entry into order management system
  • Work overtime when required to achieve sales quotas


  • MS Office proficiency
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Familiarity with medical insurance preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a pleasant demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to learn and change along with an evolving department is key
  • Ability to be creative with ideas to improve sales and processes is encouraged

Education Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years related experience.
