Eastridge Legal is recruiting for a temporary Attorney Recruiting Coordinator role in the San Francisco, CA area.

Duties and Qualifications:

Assist with recruiting activity including: posting of attorney job requisitions, screening of resumes, scheduling of interviews and new hire orientation, review of household good relocation estimates, general data entry, and generation of recruiting reports. The employee will also assist with document management (generation, organization, editing, proofreading, etc.) for various types of collateral issued and referenced during the lateral recruiting life cycle. Meeting scheduling, calendar maintenance, and expense report processing are also a core part of this position. The employee may assist with greeting and escorting candidates during interview process. The ideal candidate would have strong administrative, project coordination, communication skills (written and verbal), and an excellent command of MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Flexibility, adaptability, and agility are among the keys to success in this role.
